This guitar was my second collaboration with Yul. It is smaller than the first one (15 inches instead of 16). The layout was similar, but Yul wanted more comfort, so he wanted to omit the pickguard and have a smaller body.
A fundamental precept of the design was to keep the price as low as possible. Yul and I don’t want instruments that musicians can’t pay. We think it would be great that both his fellow guitarists and students could have instruments of the highest quality at an affordable price. The YB line of guitars is our compromise with what we love. All the instruments with YB on their peghead have a special price.
As all the guitars here, this is just an example. If you want something similar and it is not exactly what you see, please notice that you can change a lot of things, many without additional cost. Send me an email, and we’ll talk.

Yul has a very clean technique, and when he plays he doesn't need to rest his right hand anywhere on the instrument. That's why I wanted to use this pickup, that is anchored at the end of the neck by means of two nylon pins. It is made of curly etimoe, polished..
